Twikale Chirwa is the Head of Marketing and Communications at First Capital Bank Malawi, bringing over 15 years of experience across the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and banking sector. He has extensive expertise in brand and portfolio management, consumer innovation, and market strategy development and execution, with a strong track record in driving growth and building impactful brands.

Prior to this role, he held senior positions at Carlsberg and Castel Malawi, where he contributed to brand growth and strategic market positioning. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) from the University of Malawi (MUBAS), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM-UK. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) and the Institute of Marketing in Malawi (IMM).
