Elisa Natasha Charwita holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Malawi. She has also completed a Diploma in Banking: Credit Management with the Institute of Bankers.

She is a seasoned and well-rounded banker with 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Over the years, she has gained extensive expertise in Operations, Projects, Corporate Banking, and Branch Banking. Her leadership roles have primarily been in Branch Banking and Operations.

Elisa is a versatile, cross-functional leader with international experience, having established, led, and streamlined the Operations function at FCB Botswana and FCB Zambia.
