Moses Chadza is the Head of Risk at First Capital Bank Malawi. He has over six years of experience in Risk Management. He began his career at First Capital Bank as a Graduate Trainee and was subsequently appointed as a Risk Analyst within the Risk Department. In this role, he has been responsible for conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting capital management initiatives in line with prudential and internal requirements. Mr. Chadza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and has further strengthened his professional expertise through certifications in Treasury and Capital Risk Management.
