Mr. Ndau is a qualified legal practitioner and Founding Partner of the private law firm of Winlaw & Ndau. He is well versed in commercial and corporate law matters, employment, arbitration, competition, insurance, and regulatory advisory. Mr Ndau has served as General Counsel for the public listed conglomerate Press Corporation Plc as well as Director of Regulatory Affairs for Airtel Malawi Limited

Mr. Ndau has extensive leadership and strategic management experience, having worked at senior executive management level in leading private and public sector entities. He has served on the boards of both corporate commercial entities as well as statutory corporations and possesses an in-depth appreciation of corporate governance principles.
