Mpho Patricia Bwanali is the Head of Human Resources at First Capital Bank Malawi, bringing over 19 years of experience in Human Resources. She has extensive expertise in people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and executive business partnering with a strong track record in leading large-scale change initiatives, building high-performance cultures, and improving organizational capability in complex and multinational environments.

Prior to this role, she held senior positions at Airtel Malawi plc and Illovo Sugar Malawi plc, where she contributed to driving people strategy execution, improving employee engagement, strengthening succession pipelines, and leading organizational transformation initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Chancellor College (UNIMA) and is a certified Talent Partitioner and Job analysis and evaluation proficient, Predictive Index Analyst and a full member of the IPMM.
