Elisa Natasha Charwita is the Head of Operations at First Capital Bank Malawi. She is a seasoned and well-rounded banker with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from the university of Malawi. She has also completed a Diploma in Banking: Credit Management from the Institute of Bankers. Over the years, she has gained extensive expertise in Operations, Projects, Corporate Banking, and Branch Banking. Her leadership roles have primarily been in branch banking and operation. Elisa is a versatile, cross-functional leader with international experience, having established, led and streamlined the operations function at FCB Botswana and FCB Zambia.
