Agness Jazza is the Chief Executive Officer at First Capital Bank Malawi. She is a highly experienced and qualified banker, having worked with the bank for over 23 years. During her service, she has been material in driving the Bank’s business growth and spearheading key strategic and operational changes. She previously served as General Manager responsible for corporate and institutional Banking having previously held positions of Head of Credit and Head of Corporate Banking, among other roles. Ms Jazza holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA).
