Prior to joining First Capital Bank, Mr. Kadumbo held senior positions at ADMARC Investment Holding Company where he gained valuable experience in financial operations and corporate finance. In his current role, he provides strategic financial leadership, ensuring the Bank maintains strong financial discipline, robust controls, and sustainable growth. Mr. Kadumbo holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Malawi.
