Nagesh has 12 years of work experience in International Corporate Banking. Prior to joining FCB, Nagesh worked for Kotak Mahindra Bank Corporate & Investment Banking where he held several positions, and his last position was Vice-President & Head-West SME Corporate Banking. He has also worked for HDFC Bank Limited Corporate Banking Group and Hyatt Hotels Corporation in India.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IBS, India.
