Martin is a seasoned banker with over 28 years of experience in leadership and senior management roles in banking. Before his appointment as Chief Commercial Officer at First Capital Bank Malawi, Martin served in various roles at Firstrand Banking Group. His previous roles were as Chief Executive Officer – FNB Lesotho (2015-2017) and International Business Development (2017-2020).

Having worked in FNB South Africa, Botswana and Lesotho, Martin possesses the skills, business acumen and leadership experience required to propel First Capital Bank Malawi towards the achievement of its strategic goals.
